CIRCULAR NO. 10/94, DATED 27-9-1994, ISSUED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF COMPANY AFFAIRS, MINISTRY OF LAW, JUSTICE AND COMPANY AFFAIRS, GOVERNMENT OF INDIA Subject:- Fees for making application for availability of name of new company to Registrar of Companies is raised from Rs. 100 to Rs. 500 with effect from 1-11-1994 I am directed to say that sub-rule (1) of rule 4A of Companies (Central Government's) General Rules Forms, 1956 has been amended vide Notification No. GSR 697(E), dated 20-9-1994 raising the fee from Rs. 100 to Rs. 500 for making application for availability of name of a new company to the Registrar of Companies, with effect from 1st November, 1994. You are requested to bring the contents of this notification to the notice of all your constituent members.
