A committee has been formed by this department under the Chairman ship of U.C. Nahta, with the talks of revising/streamlining various forms prescribed under the Companies Act, 1956. 2. The committee would be glad/grateful to receive your valuable suggestions for modifying the existing forms in the following manner: - Indicate the deficiencies/defects, if any, in the existing forms. - Suggest modifications/additions, if any, you would like to make in them. - Preferably draw the revised formats of the forms to be replaced for the existing forms. - Indicate in each form the Form No./Title/Annexure No, and also rules/regulations under which these have been prescribed. 3. You may kindly send your suggestions at the earliest time but in any case within three weeks from the date of issue of this letter.
