Extension of last date for abolition of ECOM password based system. GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COMMERCE INDUSTRY DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE POLICY CIR NO. 17/2004-09, Dt. 31/01/2005 ECOM password based system was come to an end on 31.01.2005.
