Bones bone products export permitted Public Notice No. 9/1997-2002 dated the 20th May, 1997 In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 4.11 of the Export Import Policy, 1997 -2002, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule 2 Appendix 1 of the book titled "ITC (HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items 1997 -2002, 2. The following entry shall be added as S.No. 35 in the Schedule 2 Appendix 1 of the book titled "ITC(HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items 1997-2002":- "35. Bones and bone products (excluding bone meal), horn and horn products (excluding horn meal) and hooves and hoof products (excluding hoof meal) when exported to the European Union. Export allowed subject to production of a certificate from Chemicals and Allied Products Export Promotion Council (CAPEXIL) regarding production process Followed by establishment of production in respect of the exported items. 3.
