Amendments in Schedule 2 Appendix 1 of the book titled "ITC (HS) Classifications of Export and Import items 1997-2002 Public Notice No. 64/1997-2002 DATED 12-1-1998 In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 4.11 of the Export Import Policy. 1997-2002, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule 2 Appendix 1 of the book titled ""ITC (HS) Classifications of Export and Import items 1997-2002." 2. The entry appearing at SI. No. 9 of Schedule 2 Appendix 1 of the book titled ""ITC (HS) Classification of Export and Import 1997-2002"" shall be amended to read as under :- "9A. Fabrics and Made-ups of all fibres other than man-made fibre not under quota restriction. Export allowed against certification on shipping Bills by the Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council (TEXPROCIL) 9A Yarn, Fabrics and Made-ups of Man-made fibre not under quota restriction. Export allowed against certification on Shipping Bills by the Synthetic and Rayon Textiles Export Promotion Council (SRTEPC). 3. This issues in public interest.
