Amendments in Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I) PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 83/2005 Dated 20/01/2006 In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I). 2. In Appendix 4C, in the list of agencies authorized to issue Certificate of Origin (Non-Preferential), at Sl.
