Amendment in Public Notice No 5 dated 17.05.2007 PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 08/2007 Dated 07/06/2007 S.O. (E) - In exercise of the powers conferred under Para 2.1, 2.4 and 2.29 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendment in Public Notice No.5 dated 17.5.2007. 2. "The quantity of Complementary Sugar (Raw Sugar) to EU mentioned in Para 1 may be amended to read as 16500 MTs instead of 16000 MTs." 3. This issues in Public Interest.
