Amendments in the Sl. No. C of Appendix 37D notified vide Public Notice 13 dated 25th May 2006 and modified by Public Notice 48 dated 28.8.06 PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 58/2007 Dated 03/10/2007 In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following corrections in the Sl. No. C of Appendix 37D notified vide Public Notice 13 dated 25th May 2006 and modified by Public Notice 48 (RE2006) dated 28th August 2006. C HANDICRAFTS ITEMS S. Note: Only Hand Made Products shall be entitled. Exporters shall give a declaration to this effect. This Public Notice corrects the Appendix 37D entries for FTP (RE2006) and FTP (RE2007).
