Amendment in Appendix 37A (LIST OF EXPORT ITEMS ALLOWED UNDER VISHESH KRISHI AND GRAM UDYOG YOJANA (VKGUY)) PUBLIC NOTICE NO 68 (RE-2008)/2004-2009 Dated: August 21, 2008 In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09 , the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures, Vol. I RE 2006, RE2007 RE2008. 1. In Table 9 of Appendix 37A of the HBP v1, the note "Note: Only such products under product code 09.1 to 09.24 shall be entitled for benefits under the scheme which are either exported by KVIC / KVIB registered units or such exports are sourced from KVIC / KVIB registered units." shall not apply to VKGUY entries 09.10 09.11, for exports made w.e.f 1.4.2006.
