Bank Realization Certificate (e-BRC) - DGFT - 03

The attention of all the members of Trade Industry is invited to the Policy Circular No.6 dated 10.10.2012 regarding submission of e-BRC s for the realization of export proceeds, has been made mandatory with effect from 17.8.2012 for all the applications to be made to DGFT. It has been observed while processing the applications that some applicants/exporters are getting the correction/amendment in the date of issuance of manual BRC s from the issuing bank to any date prior to 17.8.2012 against the original issuance date which is after 17.8.2012. Now, it has been decided that no more such manual BRC s with amended date of issuance will be accepted for all applications, wherein the date of issuance of BRCs is on or after 17.8.2012.
