The adjudication of cases in the competency of the Assistant /Deputy Commissioners and refund/ rebate matters pertaining to all 10 Divisions of the newly formed Commissionerate VI are now centralized at the Commissionerate level. The adjudication matters will be decided by the Assistant/Deputy Commissioner (Adjudication) designated for this purpose. The monitory limit for adjudication of the Assistant/Deputy Commissioners shall be as per the Board's Circular No. 208/27/2003-CX-6 dated 1.10.2003 as amended from time to time. The refund rebate claims pertaining to the jurisdiction of all the divisions of the Commissionerate are to be filed before the Assistant/ Deputy Commissioner (Refunds) designated for this purpose .
