Products under High Tech Products Export Promotion Scheme in Appendix 37E of HBP Vol.1 enlarged (Amendment in Appendix 37E) PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 101 (RE 2008)/2004-2009 DATED 04/11/2008 In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures, Vol. 1 (RE -2008) 1. In Appendix 37E , in the Table for Product Category, after Sr. No. A, the following is added: B New High-Tech Products (see Table 2 below) Admissible for exports w.e.f 1.4.2008 2.
