Commissioner of Customs (Port-Imports), Chennai Public Notice No. 201/2012 Dated 13-9-2012 In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 45(1) of the Customs Act, 1962 , M/s. Ennore Tank Terminal Pvt. Ltd. having Admin Office at 3rd Floor, P.T. Lee Chengalvaraya Naicker Maaligai, No. 23, Rajaji Salai, Chennai 600 001 is appointed as CUSTODIAN of import of Bulk cargo stored in Tanks situated in Ennore Tank Terminal situated on western side of Ennore Port, until the goods are cleared for Home Consumption or warehoused or transshipped in accordance with the provisions of Chapter VII of the Customs Act, 1962 , ibid. M/s. Ennore Tank Terminal Pvt. Ltd. having Admin Office at 3rd Floor, P.T. Lee Chengalvaraya Naicker Maaligai, No. 23, Rajaji Salai, Chennai 600 001, as the Custodian of bulk cargo imported, would be required to comply with the provisions of Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, 2009 and Customs Act, 1962 . This Public Notice shall come into effect from 14-9-2012.
