Based on the feed back and interaction with the Trade and Industry, it has been decided to reintroduce the pre-scrutiny of TED/DBK claims which can be submitted on the R I Counter of the Jt. DGFT, Pune Office during the prescribed timings as mentioned in Trade Notice No. 1/AM-13 DATED 27/09/2012. Even though the TED/DBK claims are generally quite voluminous in terms of data and document. This Office would ensure that the pre-scrutiny is done not more than 7 working days from the date of the submission of the application. Trade and Industry may ensure that they collect their application after pre-scrutiny from the Counter not later than 15 days from the date of submission, failing which this office would send the application back by post which might cause postal delay etc. It would therefore be requested that the Trade and Industry to ensure that the deficient documents are collected back from the R I Counter as stated above in time.
