No. 020-24441577 E.Mail: [email protected] TRADE NOTICE NO. 3/AM-13 DATED 07/11/2012 Sub: Stipulation of Target Date for issue of Fresh Authorizations/ Scrips/Amendments of Authorizations/Redemption and EODC of Authorizations etc. Attention of Trade and Industry is invited to the Paragraph 9.11 of the Hand Book of Procedures Vol.I, 2009-2014 wherein timelines for disposal of various applications is prescribed. This office while issuing the file number for applications for fresh and amendment cases in respect of the above would mention the target date in accordance with the provisions of the Hand Book of Procedures on the R I receipt issued against the application submitted by the trade. This information would benefit Trade and Industry to plan their business activities. The target dates as per the provisions of the Hand Book of Procedures are as under:- S. Redemption of BG/LUT for EPCG Authorisations. 15 8 Issuance/renewal of status certificate. 3 9 Amendment of any category of Authorisation 3 10 Fixation of deemed exports Drawback rate 45 11 Miscellaneous 10 12 All applications filed through EDI mode 1 13 Refund of DBK/ TED under deemed export 30 days from the date of receipt of complete application In event of non-disposal of any authorization within the time limit trade may meet/contact the Jt.DGFT.
