No. 4(6)/ZDGFT/Mum/Vig./ TRADE NOTICE NO. 1/2016 Attention is invited to Trade Notice No.22/2015 dt.31/03/2016 issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade, New Delhi, wherein it has been decided that there will be an open house for applicants on every Wednesday in all RA offices. Accordingly, it is informed that an open house will be held for applicants on every Wednesday in this office between 3.00 PM to 4.00 PM in the Conference Room . During this period concerns/pending issues of applicants raised by them will be addressed by the officers concerned, who will make themselves accessible in the Conference room of this office The above facility is in addition to the already existing facility of open interview with the officers.
