The existing procedure of export assessment and examination at JNCH has been reviewed. 2. In order to ensure better regulation over exports as well as to minimize the instances of dispute in assessment and examination of the export goods, it has been decided that henceforth, in case of FCL cargo, exporters shall be required to manually declare the CFS where the goods shall be carted on the hard copy of the check-list of shipping bills at the time of assessment. 3. In case any change in the declared CFS is warranted at the time of carting, the same shall be permitted by AC/DC shed, where the goods are assessed. 4. Further the Superintendent and AC/DC assessing a FCL Shipping Bill (docks-stuffing) will enter in his examination order that the goods are to be carted and examined in that particular CFS as declared by exporter on the hard-copy of the checklist. 5.
