Newsprint Control (Amendment) Order, 2005 - Indian Laws - F. No. 4(3)/2004-Paper - S.O. 66(E)

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion) (PAPER SECTION) ORDER New Delhi, the 19 th January, 2005 S.O. 66(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18G of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to amend the Newsprint Control Order, 2004, namely:- 1. (1) This Order may be called the Newsprint Control (Amendment) Order, 2005. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Newsprint Control Order, 2004, in the Schedule:- (1) In item 4 relating to the same of the Mill and location of the indigenous newsprint manufactures, after Sl. No. 70 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be added, namely:- 71. M/s. Pragati Papers Industries Limited, Village Handesra, Tehsil Derabassi, District Patiala, in the State of Punjab. 72. M/s. Mohit Paper Mills Limited, District Bijnor, in the State of Uttar Pradesh. 73. M/s. Sumit Agro Products Limited Village Panchli, Bhagpat Road, District Meerut, in the State of Uttar Pradesh.
