Amendments in the notification No. S.O. 2953(E), dated the 19th November, 2009 - Indian Laws - F. No. 16(72)/2005-LR - S.O. 2758(E)

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of industrial Policy and Promotion) ORDER New Delhi, the 09th November, 2010 S.O. 2758(E).- In exercise of powers conferred by Section 14 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 1986 (63 of 1986), the Central Government after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards hereby make the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion) No. S.O. 2953(E), dated the 19th November, 2009 namely:- (i) in sub-clause (2) of Clause I of the Order, for the figures and word 360 days the figures and word 540 days , shall be substituted; [F. Note.- The Principal notification was issued in the Gazette of India (Extraordinary) vide number S.O.2953(E) dated the 19th November, 2009, and subsequently amended vide S.O.1057(E) dated 11th May, 2010.
