In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (b) of sub-rule (2) of Rule 24 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 read with Section 168 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 , the Commissioner, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby extends the period for submitting electronically the application in the FORM GST REG-26 till 31st December, 2017.
