Attention of the importers, exporters, members of Trade, CFSs and all stake holders are invited to this Custom House s Public Notice No. 66/2017 dated 26.05.2017. 2. In partial modification of the Public Notice No. 66/2017 dated 26.05.2017, it is hereby decided that the Additional/Joint Commissioner of the concerned appraising group shall be the proper officer for considering the requests for waiver of late charge under second proviso to subsection (3) of Section 46 of the Customs Act, 1962. 3. Difficulty, if any may also be brought to the notice of the Addl. Commissioner of Customs, EDI through e-mail ([email protected]). 4.
