Attention of the Importers, Exporters, Customs Brokers, Steamer Agents, Liners and the members of Trade is invited to this Office Public Notice No. 08/2018 dated 05.03.2018, regarding refund of IGST on export. 2. Board has been proactively addressing the problems associated with sanction of refunds by issuing guidance circulars, advisories, FAQs, advertisements, amendments in law etc. to tackle all possible refund error scenarios by bringing in modification in Customs EDI System, and GSTN portal. In this connection, it has been decided to further intensify the efforts to liquidate all pending IGST refund claims by observing a Special Drive IGST/ITC Exports Refund fortnight - beginning from 15th March to 29th March 2018. Accordingly, this office has set up an exclusive IGST refund cell for the purpose of IGST refund, as under: Name of the Officers: Shri Avezeb D souza, Assistant Commissioner (Drawback) and Shri Mahalinga Naik, Superintendent (Drawback) E-mail id: [email protected] 4.
