The purpose of the camp is to facilitate the issue of EODC in all those cases in which exporters have applied for the same and in which deficiency letters have been issued. In the camp, the respective files shall also be available, along with the dealing staff and the concerned Officers, so as to facilitate on the spot decisions. The schedule according to which exporters can present their cases in this camp is as per the Annexure attached.
