It is informed that Sea Cargo Manifest Transshipment Regulations, 2018 shall come into force on 1st August 2018. 3. All the Steamer Agents/Main Line Operators/Liners and other stakeholders are directed to apply for registration to the Commissioner of Customs, Mangalore, if not already registered, in the prescribed form as specified in Regulation 3, immediately. Further, all the existing registered authorized carriers are also required to renew their registration in the format prescribed under Regulation 3, when their existing registration period expires. 4. It is also brought to notice of all the Steamer Agents/Main Line Operators/Liners and other stakeholders, that in case of non-registration under the Sea Cargo Manifest and Transshipment Regulations 2018, they shall not be able to transact business under the said regulations. 5.
