Tech Dated: 30.07.2018 PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 20/2018 Subject: Refund of IGST on export of goods on payment of duty Clarification in case of SBOO3 errors and extension of date in SBOO5 other cases using officer Interface for rectification of errors-Reg. Attention of all Customs Brokers, Exporters, Importers, Members of the Trade and other stake holders is invited to Board's Circular No's. 22/2018-Customs dated 18.07.2018 . The clarifications / guidelines prescribed in the Board's Circular No. 22/2018- Customs dated 18.07.2018 may be followed to rectify the mismatch errors as mentioned in the earlier Circulars by using the Officer Interface. 2. A Custom Officer has also been deputed to the Office of the Federation of Indian Export Organization (FIEO), VITC Building, 1 St Floor, Kasturba Road, Bangalore 560001 Tel: 080-22862266 to facilitate Exporters and to collect documents/ information with regard to IGST refunds on goods exported out of India. The Officer would function from the said FIEO office till 01.08.2018. 3. All exporters are advised to avail the facility to get the pending IGST refunds sanctioned and also to avoid such mismatch errors in future.
