Tech Dated: 20.07.2018 PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 18/2018 Subject: Refund of IGST on Export of Goods on payment of duty-Setting up of Help Desks -Reg. Attention of all Customs Brokers, Exporters, Importers, Members of the Trade and other stake holders is invited to Board's Circular No. 21/2018-Customs dated 18.07.2018 issued vide F. No. 450/119/2017-CusIV on the above cited subject. In view of the various representations received from micro, small and medium enterprise exporters, it has been decided to set up a Help desk with immediate effect for expeditious resolution of IGST refund related issues at the office of the Federation of Indian Export Organisation, 1 st Floor, VITC Building, Kasturba Road, Bengaluru 560001 for Bangalore City Customs Commissionerate. Sh. Pawan Kumar Gautam, Inspector of Customs has been nominated as an officer to attend at the Help Desk. The Help desk will function till 1 st August, 2018. All exporters may avail of the above initiative and utilize the services of the Help Desk to get the pending IGST refunds sanctioned.
