Tech Dated: 19.06.2018 PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 17/2018 Subject: Procedure for E-Commerce Exports through Post and clarification on personal imports -Reg. Attention of all Customs Brokers, Exporters, Importers, Members of the Trade and other stake holders is invited to Board's Circular No.14/2018-Customs dated 04.06.2018 as amended by Board's Circular No. 18/2018-Customs dated 23.06.2018 on the above subject. The Board vide above referred Circular has permitted all IEC holders to Export goods from Foreign Post Offices and have prescribed the procedures to be followed. Further, the said Circular has also clarified issues regarding Personal Imports. The new Regulations/ Procedures will come into force from 21St June, 2018. All stake holders are advised to follow the guidelines and Procedures contained in the above referred Circulars. 2.
