Attention of the exporters, Custom House Brokers, Air Lines and all Members of Trade is invited to the issue of refund of IGST paid on export of goods under Rule 96 of CGST Rules, 2017 and this office Public Notice No. 79/2017 dated 20.11.2017 , Pu blic Notice No. 8/2018 dated 06.02.2018 and Public Notice No. 12/2018 dated 19.02.2018 . 2. In this regard, a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on IGST refunds on goods exported out of India is being released as Annexure A. 3. Exporters are advised to go through these FAQs and take necessary steps accordingly. 4.
