No. S (RTI-05)- 01/2012 Pt.-I (A A) Dated: 16.10.2018 Public Notice No. 93/2018 Sub: Designation assigned to Additional and Deputy /Assistant Commissioners Consequent to Establishment Order No.235/2018 dated 06.09.2018 and CCO Order No 20/2018 CCC dt.04.10.2018 in the grade of Deputy /Assistant Commissioners and Additional Commissioner of Customs of Airport Administration Commissionerate respectively, a partial, modification of the Public Notice. No. 77/2018 dated 07.08.2018 is made. Accordingly, Additional and Deputy /Assistant Commissioners mentioned in column 5 column 2 of the enclosed table are designated in terms of section 5(1) of the RTI Act, 2005 as the First Appellate Authority Central Public Information Officer (CPIO) with their respective charges mentioned against their names. If any person, being aggrieved with the decision of the Central Public Information Officer (CPIO) desires to prefer an appeal, he / she may file his/her application to the First Appellate Authority under the jurisdiction of Commissioner of Customs (Airport Administration), in terms of Section Information Act, 2005.
