The Custom Department is persistently working to liquidate the pendency of IGST refunds stuck up due to mistake(s) / error(s) made by the exporter(s) while filing Shipping Bills as well as GST Returns into the system, resulting in different error codes. It is noticed that most of IGST refunds stuck up due to error code SB005 i.e. invoice mis-match. To rectify the 'Error Code SB005', the Board has developed an alternative mechanism to address the issue of error code 'SB005' vide Circular No. 05/2018-Customs dated 23.02.2018 . 2. In order to dispose off the IGST refunds stuck up due to error code 'SB005', it has been decided to hold a special CAMP/ MELA on 10 th 11 th March, 2018 i.e. Saturday and Sunday at Customs House Kandla on 1000 hrs to 1400 hrs in special drive to clear the pendency and to educate the trade to rectify the error code SB005 . 3. In view of the above, all the Exporters/Trade Associations are requested to take the advantage of the aforesaid CAMP/ MELA to rectify the error code SB005 relating to the IGST refund on export. 4. You are therefore requested to attend the CAMP/ MELA on the scheduled date and time to discuss the problems being faced by the trade. Wide publicity may be given about the special Camp being conducted by this office so that the pendency of the IGST refund claims, due to invoice mis - match error may be brought to nil. (U.B.
