Dated: 05.02.2018 PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 06/2018 Sub:- Integration of SEZ bulk cargo delivery through SEZ online with Customs EDI system(ICES) reg. ***** Kind attention of Steamer Agents/Importers/Exporters/Consol Agents, who are handling the SEZ bulk cargo in any capacity, is invited to the procedure to be followed vide Public Notice No 10/2015 dated 06.05.2015 until further orders. 2. It has been decided to continue the same procedure for shifting bulk cargo from the Port to SEZ until further orders. Representations have been received requesting for prescribing a procedure for transporting the warehoused cargo to SEZs as the same was not covered in the earlier Public Notice. In this respect, the following procedure is prescribed for warehoused cargo. CLEARANCE OF WAREHOUSE CARGO TO SEZ: 3. After filing the Ex-bond Bill of Entry, the same procedure as mentioned in the above Public Notice may be followed. However, after generating the Transshipment Number in Import Noting Section, the Ex-bond Bill of Entry will be forwarded to Bonds Section for further action, i.e., giving O.O.C in GAT module in ICES. 4.
