Date: 14.03.2018 PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 13/2018 Sub:-: Refund of IGST on Export Invoice mis-match Cases Alternative Mechanism with Officer Interface reg. ***** Attention of all Exporters, Customs Brokers and Members of trade is invited to this office Public Notice No. 9/2018, dated 26.02.2018 regarding Refund of IGST on export Invoice mis-match Cases Alternative Mechanism with Officer Interface . 2. In connection with the above, it was decided to launch a SPECIAL DRIVE with effect from 15.03.2018 to 31.03.2018 to clear all the pending IGST Refund claims with Invoice mis-match related errors. 3. This office, vide Public Notice No. 9/2018, issued guidelines for submission of the Concordance table, for which a dedicated cell headed by Shri. T.Ravi Varma, Assistant Commissioner of Customs (DBK) was formed. Further, an e-mail address [email protected] provided for the submission of IGST refunds claims. 4. It is again emphasized that Customs Department is taking all possible steps to alleviate the difficulties associated with IGST refunds.
