Kind attention of all Steamer Agents, importers, Customs Brokers, Consol Agents, who are delivering the manifests for vessels under Section 30 41 of Customs Act, 1962, is drawn to CBIC s Notification No. 38/2018-Customs (N.T.) dated 11 th May, 2018. 2. The above Regulations supersede all the Regulations in force at present pertaining to delivering manifests for sea cargo vessels. Hence, the trading public desirous of delivering manifests for sea cargo vessels are required to register with jurisdictional Commissioner of Customs under Regulation 3 of the Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment Regulations, 2018, and comply with other Regulations. 3. The Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment Regulations, 2018 will come into force with effect from 1st August, 2018. 4.
