It is brought to notice that Customs Brokers, Logistics Providers, Steamer Agents, Freight Forwarders and Exporters are approaching the officers for amendment of Vessel Name/Rotation No. on the Shipping Bills. 2. In this regard, it is informed that such amendment is not required as the Vessel Name/Rotation No. gets automatically picked up from the Export General Manifest and amends the same in the system. 3. Hence, it is hereby brought to the attention of all stakeholders concerned that such amendment of Vessel Name/Rotation No. on the Shipping Bills is not required henceforth. 4.
