Hence, the list of exporters along with the relevant Shipping Bills and Customs Brokers details which are pending due to Non transmission of data from GSTN to Customs EDI is as per the list enclosed. Accordingly all the concerned Exporters may please follow procedure as prescribed by CBIC Circular No. 12/201 e-Cus., dated 29.05.2018 and this Custom House P WNo.21/2018 dt 31 05 2018 and submit all relevant documents for speedy and immediate sanction of 'GST refunds. Also all the related Associations may please take immediate and necessary action to provide wide publicity and sensitize the Exporters to avail this opportunity to get their IGST refunds sanctioned immediately, as the Department is sparing no effort to get refunds sanctioned to the Exporters by every possible means (T RAVI VARMA) ASST COMMISSIONER OF CUSTOMS
