Date: 15.03.2018 PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 08/2018 Sub: Stay Order issued by the Hon'ble High Court, Madurai on the Suspension of Custodianship granted to M/S Hari Co.CFS- Continuation of Operations of CFS-reg. Attention of all concerned is invited to the suspension order issued by the undersigned, suspending the operation of the Custodianship granted to M/S Hari co., CFS vide order dated 05.03.2018 under Regulation 11(2) of Handling of Cargo in Customs Area Regulations,2009. Consequent upon the Stay Order dated 09.03.2018 issued by the Hon ble Madras High Court of Madurai Bench, the said Suspension Order dated OS.C3.2018 is kept in abeyance till vacation of stay by the Hon ble High Court.
