Attention of the importers/Exporters/Custom Brokers and all concerned is invited to this office Public Notice No.28/2018 dated 29.10.2018 issued in connection with the Customs Notification No. 38/2018-Customs(N.T) dated 11.05.2018 for the introduction of 'Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment Regulations, 2018' with effect from 1st November,2018. 2. Vide Customs Notification No. 88/2018-Customs(N.T) dated 30.10.2018, the date of implementation of the above regulation has been deferred to 1st March,2019 from 1st November,2018. Accordingly, 'Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment Regulations, 2018' proposed to be implemented vide this office Public Notice No.28/2018, shall come into force with effect from 1st March,2019. 3.
