Non- receipt of Export remittance date from EDPMS developed by RBI - Customs - PUBLIC NOTICE No .09/2018

No. 11/20/154/2017 Dated: 05.04.2018 PUBLIC NOTICE No .09/2018 Sub: Non- receipt of Export remittance date from EDPMS developed by RBI- Regarding. Attention of the exporters and Authorized Dealer Banks (AD) are invited to this Office Public Notice No. 38/2015 dated 21.12.2015 and 07/2018 dated 14.03.2018 on the subject referred above. 02. All the exporters were requested to check up BRC integration status with customs using the ICEGATE enquiry module and to follow up with the authorized dealer bank to get the information transmitted to portal of RBI (EDPMS). 03. Further, for the information of the exporters and Authorised Dealer Banks (AD) the following details are uploaded in the website of Tuticorin Customs ie., tuticorincustomsorg.in. Annexure (I) -Details of SBS pertaining to the period before 01.04.2014, inrespect of both INTUT-I and INTUT- 6 (based on the information available in the EBRC module of DGFT). (a) No. of SBS for which Foreign exchange not realised in full (1, 513) (b) No. of SBS for which Foreign exchange realised but details not verifiable in the DGFT website, because of the mismatching of IFSC codes (16, 509) (c) No. of SBS for which BRC data not available in the DGFT website: 11,253 Annexure (II) -Details of SBS pertaining to the period after 01.04.2014, in respect of both INTUT-I and INTUT-6 (base on the information available in the portal of RBI (EDPMS). 04. The exporters are informed to make use of those details and furnish documents (copies if already submitted) in respect of SBS prior to 01.04.2014 and to follow up the matter with AD Bank concerned in respect of SBS, after the period 01.04.2014 and clear their pendency in the BRC Module and RBI (EDPMS) module respectively within one month from the date of issuance of this Public Notice. 05. If no reply/ action noticed, an alert will be made in the ICEGATE, which will be followed by issue of SCN and adjudication proceedings.
