Attention of all the Custom House Brokers, Exporters/ Importers, Trade, Customs Staff and Stakeholders to Facility Notice No.10/2017 dated 05.07.2017, Facility Notice no. 13/2017 dated 14.07.2017, Facility Notice no. 16/2017 wherein the respective Assistant /Deputy Commissioner of the respective sections were given charge of dealing with the request of late filing charges. 2. Due to the Budget 2018-19 related updation of ICES directories on 01.02.2018 and the data entry activities at all the service centres were stopped at 1700 hrs on 01.02.2018 which resumed in the evening of 02.02.2018. 3. As a measure of trade facilitation, it has been decided that there will be no late fee charged for 01.02.2018 and 02.02.2018. All such cases of waiver of late filing charges pertaining to the above said period would be processed by the respective group's Deputy Commissioner [Assistant Commissioner of Customs and put up to Joint Commissioner/Additional Commissioner of Customs. 4. Difficulties faced, if any, may be brought to the notice of the undersigned at the earliest. This is issued with the approval of Commissioner of Customs (Import).
