Admn-02/2010 - ACC Date: 15.03.2018 ADDENDUM TO PUBLIC NOTICE NO.1812015 DATED 05.10.2015 M/S. Oscar Freight Pvt. Ltd, having their registered office at 101, Jayant Apartments, A-Wing, Opp-Sahar Air Cargo Complex, Mumbai, were earlier granted permission vide Public Notice No.28/2009 dtd.06.10.2009 and addendums dtd.02.02.2010, 25.05.2010, 01.09.2010 and 05.10.2012 to operate bonded trucking of import transhipment cargo valid upto 05.10.2015. The same was given extension upto 05.10.2018 vide Public Notice No. 18/2015 dated 05.10.2015. Permission was accorded to tranship imported cargo carried by Airlines, handled by Custodian M/S. Mumbai International Airport Pvt. Ltd. (MIAL) and M/S. Air India (now Air India Airport Transport Services Ltd.) from Air Cargo Complex, Mumbai to outlying Air Cargo Complexes and Inland Container Depots by road through Closed Body Trucks (CBT). 2. Now, M/S. Oscar Freight Pvt. Ltd has sought permission to operate bonded trucking of import transhipment cargo of the following two (02) airlines from Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Andheri, Mumbai to outlying Air Cargo Complexes and Inland Container Depots. They have submitted Authorization / Appointment certificates as Bonded Trucking service provider from two Airlines: Sr. No. NAME OF THE AIRLINE 01 SAUDI CARGO 02 AIR ASIA CARGO 3. NOW, therefore, in exercise of the powers vested in me under Section 45(1) of the Customs Act, 1962, l, Nikhil Chandra, Commissioner of Customs (General), Air Cargo Complex, Mumbai, hereby include the names of above 02 airlines to the 61 airlines mentioned in Public Notice No. 18/2015 dated 05.10.2015. I hereby approve M/S. Oscar Freight Pvt. Ltd as Customs Cargo Service Provider/Custodian of cargo imported at Air Cargo Complex, Mumbai for the transhipment of cargo from ACC, Mumbai to outlying ACCS and ICDs. Bonded trucking permission for transhipment of imported cargo is permitted only in Closed Body Trucks and only in such cases, where it is desired by the Consignee and authorized by the Airlines (as mentioned above) with the approval of Customs Department. 4. Transshipment of import cargo permitted as per this Public Notice will be governed by:- (a) The provisions of Chapter VIII of the Customs Act, 1962. (b) Goods Imported (Conditions of Transshipment) Regulations, 1995. (d) Handling of Cargo in Customs Areas Regulations, 2009 (as amended). (d) Boards Circular No.69/99-Cus dtd.06.10.1999 as amended by Boards Circular No.61/2000-Cus dtd.13.07.2000, 79/2001-cus dtd.07.12.2001 and 06/2007-cus dtd.22.01.2007 (e) Public Notice No.24/2000 dtd.08.11.2000 read with Public Notice No.12/2004 dtd.27.03.2004, Public Notice No.18/2005 dtd.28.07.2005 Public Notice No.09/2007 dtd.02.03.2007. (f) Any other Rules, Regulations, Notifications, Instructions, Circulars Public Notices issued from time to time. 6. The said permission shall be valid till 05.10.2018.
