Attention of Nepalese exporters, Customs Clearing Agents, Transporters and all concerned is invited to para 8 of Export Procedure of the Memorandum to Protocol' in the Treaty of Transit between India Nepal which prescribes the need to specify sensitive goods for CID (Exports) by the Government of India from time to time, 2.0 In view of the case of large scale diversion of CID (Exports) consignment and letter written to Nepalese Customs by LCS Raxaul vide letter C.No. VIII(48)68-Cus/CTD/RXL/2017/866 dated: 03.012018 and LCS Jogbani vide C.No. VIII(12)01-Cus/CTD/Export/Misc/16/1633dated: 04.07,2018 C.No. VIII(12)01-Cus/CTD/Export/Misc/16/1637 dated 05.07.2018. this Commissionerate has specified sensitive items for CTD (Exports) based on the items reflected in unreconciled CTD (Exports) consignments, which had been diverted in India enroute to Kolkata Customs, and are as under: List of sensitive items specified for CTD (Exports) l.
