No. VIII(48)5-13/575/CUS/TECH/Public Notice/17/6733-47 Date: 13.09.2018 PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 13/2018 Sub: Grant of Self Sealing permission to the Exporters/Traders in GST regime Attention of all Exporters/ Importers, Customs Brokers, Customs, trade and all concerned is invited to Circular No. 26/2017-Cus dated 01.07.2017 and the Public Notice No.12/2017 dated 25.09.2017 issued by this office regarding procedure for grant of Self Sealing permission to the Exporters/Traders in GST regime. For granting permission of self sealing, beside application, other documents/information have to be submitted by the exporters/traders to the jurisdictional Customs Circle for verification. The check list of documents to be compiled by the exporter/traders and necessary verification by the Customs office is as under:- Check list of Self Sealing Permission:- To be complied by the Applicant:- 1. Application for self sealing. 2. Copy of GST Registration. 3. Whether export on payment of IGST or under Bond or LUT. 4. Copy of LUT with date and acceptance of LUT applied by the applicant. 5. Jurisdictional GST office (whether Central or State) Address thereof. 6. Copy of recently filed GST return. 7. PAN Card of the applicant. 8. Copy of Certificate of Importer-Exporter Code (IEC) 9. Memorandum of the Articles. 10. Copy of PAN Card and Aadhar Card of Partners,/Directors 11. Name and HS Code of export commodity. 12. Rate of IGST applicable on export commodity. 13. Address of Premises, where stuffing self sealing will be carried out. To be complied by Officer:- 1. Verification/ Inspection report in respect of premises and viability of stuffing self sealing by jurisdictional Customs Circle as well as Division. (V.C.GUPTA) COMMISSIONER CUSTOMS (P), PATNA.
