The implementation of RMS at ICD Bhambholi will commence from 21 st Aug 2018 and all Bills of Entry filed in ICES will be processed under the RMS. 3. Further, Kind attention is also invited to CBEC circular No. 33/2016-Qustoms Dated 22.07.2016 regarding the merger of two facilitation schemes namely ACP and AFO into a combined three leer AEO Programme. All eligible Exporters are advised to apply to the Commissioner of Customs, Pune and avail the benefits of the scheme. 4.
