Kind attention of all Customs formations, Exporters, Members of Trade and Industry Associations, Customs Brokers and other stake holders is drawn to Public Notice No. 31 / 2017 dated 01.11.2017 issued by the Commissioner of Customs, Pune regarding Implementation of Electronic Sealing for Containers by exporters under self- sealing procedures. 2. In this regard, below mentioned exporters falling under the categories of AEOs/ Self-Sealing and Factory Stuffing Permission are entitled for factory stuffing and self- sealing of containers at their respective premises for export goods in terms of Board's Circulars No. 26/2017-cus Dated 01.07.2017, 36/2017-cus dated 28.08.2017, 37/2017-cus dated 20.09.2017 and 41/2017-cus dated 30.10.2017. 3.
