In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 33 of the Customs Act, 1962 read with Notification No. 40/2012-Cus (NT) dated 02.05.12 (as amended), the area whose details are given in table below, is hereby notified as unloading point for Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) imported by M/s Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. through Srimantapur Land Customs Station, Tripura subject to their adhering to all laid down procedures for transportation of the LPG, after customs clearance at the Land Customs Station, for unloading at the notified unloading point.
