No. IV(16)176/HQRS/TRADE NOTICE/GHY/2017/1823-42 Dated: 31.05.2018 TRADE NOTICE NO. 01/2018 Subject: Refund Clearance Fortnight starting from 31 st May, 2018 to 14 th June, 2018 for clearance of refund application filed up to 30 th April, 2018 - regarding; As a part of the 'GST Refund Fortnight', being observed by Central Board of Indirect 'Tax and Customs (CBIC), this Commissionerate is organizing a special drive from 31 st May, 201 8 to 14 th June. 2018 to deal exclusively with the pending GST refund claims. All the Divisions. under this Commissionrate, and also the Seva kendras will attend to all the issues pertaining to such refunds. As the Trade and Industry is aware, the GST Refund Application is to be filed online and thereafter to submit the Manual/ Hardcopy of the same. along with all the supporting documents. to the jurisdictional Division. In case any taxpayer has not submitted the manual/ hard copy of the claim so Par. they are requested to immediately approach the jurisdictional division with the completed refund application for urgent processing and payment of refund amount. Further, in case any taxpayer has been issued any Deficiency Memo, with respect to their refund application, they are requested to immediately provide the compliance to the same, to facilitate the disposal of their refund applications The trade and industry associations/ Chambers of Commerce are requested to bring contents of this trade notice to all their members.
