No. IV(16)Tech HQ/CE/Ggn-I/PGC/97/15-16 Dated: 05.01.2016 TRADE NOTICE No. 01/2016 Subject:- Constitution of Public Grievance Committee for the Organized Sector and Small Seale industry for the year 2015-16 and 2016-17 It is notified for information of the trade and public that a Public Grievance Committee is being constituted in this Commissionerate for the financial years 2015-16 and 2016-17. A list of members of the Committee along Will trade interest they represent is enclosed (Annexure-I). 1. The Commissioner, Central Excise, Gurgaon-l will be the ex-officio Chairperson of the committee. The Additional Commissioner (Tech.) of the Commissionerate will function as the Secretary of the committee. 2. The life of the Committee shall be up to 31.03.2017. 3. Only nominated members can attend the meeting. On request, any person can be invited specially to this committee for any specific issue to be discussed. 4. The committee will ordinarily meet once in a quarter at such place, as the Chairperson may decide. 5. The date and time of the PGC meeting will be communicated separately in advance as well as displayed on the official website. 6. All the Trade Associations/Chamber of Commerce Industry and the members of PGC are requested to bring/publicize the contents of this Trade Notice amongst their Members/Constituents for information.
