In compliance to Chapter VII of the Finance Act, 2016, Infrastructure Cess is leviable with effect from 1 st March, 2016 [Notification No. 01/2016-lnfrastructure Cess, dated 1 st March, 2016 referes] on all goods specified in the Eleventh Schedule at the rate specified under the said Schedule of the Finance Bill, 2016 read with exemption contained in any notification of the government of India in the Ministry of Finance, at the time of clearance of the vehicle. 2.
