It is to bring to the notice of the trade that the Central Board of Indirect Tax Customs vide Notification No. 02/2017 - Central Tax dated 19/06/2017 has specified the jurisdiction of GST Commissionerate, J K, Jammu under the Zonal charge of Chief Commissioner of GST, Chandigarh Zone as under: The jurisdiction of GST Commissionerate, J K, Jammu will be same as the incumbent Customs Central Excise Commissionerate i.e. physical boundary of Jammu Kashmir State. Headquarter of the GST Commissionerate, J K, Jammu will be located at O. B - 32, Rail Head Complex, Jammu. JURISDICTION OF DIVISIONS 1. GST Division Jammu - I Office Address O. Jurisdiction Whole of Jammu District on the south-east side of River Tawi also including SIDCO Industrial Complex Bari Brahmana Ranges of GST Division Jammu-I (i) Range - I Office Address 43, Ashok Nagar, Satwari, Jammu. Jurisdiction Area oi District Jammu on south-east side of river Jew; end South- West (right side oi national highway) starting from first Tawi bridge (connecting Dogra Chowk with Bikram Chowk) till Satwari Chowk Area on the south-east of right side national highway connecting Satwari Chowk, Balol Bridge (Bari Brahmana), Whole of Tehsil of R.S Pura and Tehsil Bishnah (ii) Range - II Office Address 43, Ashok Nagar, Satwari, Jammu.
