It is to bring to the notice of the trade that the Central Board of Excise Customs vide Notification No. 27/2014- Central Excise (N. T) dated 16.09.2014 has specified the jurisdiction of Central Excise Commissionerate, Ludhiana under the Zonal charge of Chief Commissioner of Central Excise, Chandigarh Zone as under: District of Ludhiana, Moga, Faridkot, Ferozepur, Muktsart Fazilka, Barnala and Tehsil Rampura Phul of District Bhatinda in the state of Punjab Headquarter of the Central Excise Commissionerate, Ludhiana will be located at F- Block, Rishi Nagar, Ludhiana (Punjab). JURISDICTION OF THE DIVISIONS UNDER THE CENTRAL EXCISE COMMISSIONERATE, LUDHIANA WILL BE AS UNDER:- 1. Road upto Sahnewal Chowk to Kohara Chowk, from there on the Chandigarh Road upto the road adjacent to M/S. Bonn Bread and M/s. Sohana Woollen Mills, then on this road passing in front of M/S. D.C. Steels upto river Sutlej passing through village Bhukhari Kalan to outer limits of Ludhiana Tehsils [Ludhiana (East), Ludhiana (West) and Ludhiana (Central)] and along the outer limits of the above said three tehsils upto M/S. Punj Brothers on the G. T. Road through Neelon Bridge.
